his single storey villa provides a holiday home in a rural location not far from the old town of Pollensa while the beaches in Port Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are within a few minutes drive. Approaching from the front covered terrace, the large oak studded door opens directly into the spacious living toom with two sofas and satellite TV plus a DVD player. A large fitted rustic style kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob and a fridge/freezer has direct access to the rear terrace with views to the roman stepped swimming pool and gardens. There is also a small built in barbecue area with a shower room and a washing machine. The bedrooms are to the left of the living room, they comprise of one master bedroom and three twins, all sharing two full bathrooms and a cloakroom and all complete with fitted wardrobes. There is also air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The comfortable furnishings complement the classic décor and the local style design and it is combined with terracotta tiles and oak beamed ceilings throghout. The mozaic swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by lawn and a covered terrace with a wooden dining table and benches has nice views onto the Puig de Maria hill. Completes the exterior of the villa a built in barbecue and a shower room. Villa Caragola is a stone clad house with plenty of spaces for a family holiday.
