Beautifully presented with high quality contemporary fittings and elegant furnishings throughout, the owner has put great thought and effort into every detail of this wonderful villa. The large modern lounge /dining area is equipped with Wi-Fi and DVD and from here there are double doors which lead onto the comfortably furnished shaded terrace, the perfect place to relax with a cool drink whilst watching the rest of the family enjoy the fabulous swimming pool. All the spacious bedrooms are decorated beautifully, three of which on the ground floor and the master bedroom located separately on the first floor, from this room there are double doors leading to its own fabulous private balcony, and from here you really do get the best views from the house of the Son Fe area. A fabulous modern family villa set on the outskirts of Alcudia yet just a short car journey away from the fabulous resorts of Alcuida and Puerto Pollensa.
