Recently built to a very high standard, this charming family villa has many interesting features including oak beamed ceilings, exposed interior stone walls, terracotta tiles throughout and hand crafted, inlaid, cobblestone floors. On entering through the oak studded door is the attractive hallway with cobblestone floor. Straight ahead doors lead into the spacious open plan lounge and dining room with a comfortable three piece sofa suite, feature fireplace and double doors to the rear of the dining area leading out onto the side covered terrace with comfy seating.
The lounge area has complimentary WIFI internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player and PlayStation 2 with two handsets.
Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric oven/infra red hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer.
