Can Bosc

Can Bosc is a little hidden gem, situated in the Colonya valley and enjoying a countryside ambience with panoramic views across the surrounding countryside and pine clad mountains, a truly delightful villa. From the minute you open the front doors you will enjoy the charm and originality this property has to offer. The villa has been recently renovated using a clever combination of modern and traditional décor the wooden beamed areas add character. Can Bosc has two bedrooms one double and one twin. The double bedroom is on the ground floor along with the light and airy open plan living, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a door that leads out onto a pretty covered dining terrace which overlooks the pool area. There is also a shower room on the ground floor and the twin is downstairs in a cool basement which adds an original touch to the property.The outside area is equally impressive; the villa boasts stunning views of the countryside and mountains, an ideal place to relax whilst enjoying a cool drink. The villa has a covered furnished terrace to the front and a covered dining terrace to the side. There are sunbeds around the pool and a large barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. 
It is located in close proximity to the historical old town of Pollensa, which is within easy walking distance, with its narrow cobbled streets, colourful plazas and a selection of boutiques, restaurants and cafés. The vibrant resort of Puerto Pollensa and beach are less than a ten minute drive, this really is great place to unwind and take in the views of the surrounding area and enjoy the fabulous setting.
