et in one of the most spectacular parts of Mallorca, the Valley dï¿¿en March, this is a traditional rural Majorcan style villa. The house itself is very rustic, keeps lots of the traditional features, and has a stunning view onto the Tramontana mountain range. The villa has a lovely Mediterranean garden, which is well separated by walls.
The property is the ideal for walkers, nature lovers, bird watchers, cyclist and families with children and also for those who wishes to spend the holidays in a rural environment surrounded by hills, valleys and wild life.
The villa is semidetached and upon entering there is a lounge dining area equipped with satellite TV and DVD player, a dining table with chairs, and a door that leads direct to the separate equipped kitchen which has an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc.
Four steps lead us to the sleeping area, they comprise of one double bedroom and one twin, all sharing a shower room. All the bedrooms have air conditioning (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 22:00 PM to 06:00 AM â these times cannot be extended and/or changed).
The lovely swimming pool, which has an original form (like an L or, rather, like an arrow) is surrounded by mature gardens, shrubs, Mediterranean plants and many other threes.
Finally, it has to be pointed out that this property is next door to a 4-bedroom villa called Redol. So, these villas would be an ideal choice for big parties up to 12 people.
