Entrance to the villa is through a large driveway with private parking. The front door is beneath a covered, pillared terrace leading into a hallway with seating and beamed ceilings.
From the right of the hall is a lounge area with comfortable sofas, and window shutters which keep the area cool.
A spiral staircase leads you to a landing adjacent to a double bedroom which has views of tropical trees and a large wardrobe. The second twin bedroom has storage space and mountain views from the window, both share a bathroom which sits to the right of the stairs.
The dining room is directly through the hall and decorated in traditional cottage style with a dining set. To the right of the dining room is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.
Left of the hallway you will find a kitchen and pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern microwave, dishwasher, oven and washing machine and leads into a utility room and separate shower room with WC.
From the kitchen, dining room and ground floor bedroom you can access a sun terrace through french doors with plenty of furnishings for dining, to the right of which is a fully equipped barbecue casita and stone table. In front of these is a nine meter by five meter swimming pool which has roman steps.
