Refurbished in 2013, the hotel is located in one of the most important business areas of Madrid, only a few metres from the M-30 and M-40 motorways, only 15 minutes from Barajas airport and the Juan Carlos I trade fair hall, 5 minutes from Chamartín railway station and 15 minutes from the city centre. It offers 47 well-equipped rooms with television, phone, air-conditioning, wifi and bathroom. The hotel offers a Cocktail bar and a restaurant with buffet breakfast, all managed by Juan Pablo Felipe (2011 National Gastronomy Wards). There is a parking 50 mts to the hotel and 2 meeting rooms to 20mts.
