We are thrilled to feature such an awe-inspiring, luxurious and truly elegant villa that is Villa Las Perdices. An extremely contemporary, stylish and generously spacious five bedroom villa with an extra two bedroom apartment suitable for large groups looking for an extravagant and private holiday, located in an elevated position overlooking the ever popular resort of Playa Blanca. An external staircase leads up to the main entrance of the house, which welcomes you into an enormous and stylish living/dining area, boasting an elegant marble table and a bright, open plan lounge with flat screen TV, XBOX console and comfortable leather sofas. Such is the enormity of the kitchen that there are two ovens, two microwaves, two diswashers as well as every appliance you could possibly need such as a wine cooler and an ice dispenser to make sure your self-catered holiday is as stress free as possible. There are five bedrooms in the main house, consisting of four twins and a double. Each and every bedroom has a high speed ceiling fan to maximise your comfort during the warmer summer evenings, whilst the master bedroom on the first floor contains an imposing en-suite bathroom as well as its own private terrace leading down to the spectacular pool terrace below. It is from here that you can truly be in awe of the sensational views of the Canarian landscape, with the tranquil blue waters as well as the island of Fuerteventura in the distance to catch your eye. The terrace itself is dominated by the sizable private electrically heated swimming pool, whilst there are a variety of comfortable seating areas available for you to revel in this glorious property. Furthermore, there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer down from the main house, as well as the annex apartment with kitchenette and two further bedrooms for those travelling in larger groups. A truly sensational villa that is situated only a short drive away from the dynamic collection of shops and restaurants in Playa Blanca along with the exquisite sandy beaches.
