This new building of apartments is located in the centre of Nerja, within a few minutes' walking distance of the famous \Balcon de Europa\ as well as the \Salón\ and \Calahonda\ beaches. A range of dining and shopping facilities and more can be found in the immediate vicinity.||Built in the year 2000, the complex offers 4 apartments comprising 1 and 2 double bedrooms spread over 3 floors.||The apartments all feature high quality furnishings and attractive décor to make guests' stay as pleasant as possible. They each have 1 or 2 double bedrooms, a fully fitted bathroom with hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge etc, as well as a large lounge/dining room with a TV and sofa bed to accommodate 1 or 2 additional persons. Individually adjustable air conditioning and heating is available in all the rooms and the lounge. The apartments also offer tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, king-size bed and a balcony or terrace as standard.||Hostel / Apartments Abril has a joint reception at Pintada 124 Street, but customers can stay in any units: at Pintada Street or at the Cristo Street, corner San Juan Street, whether the client booked hostel or apartments.|
