Villa Tomei is a comfortable and very well maintained property situated in a quiet residential area close to the San Jaime Golf Course in Moraira. The property is fully walled-in and approached via the off-street parking area with lockable gate.
The main entrance is from a shaded porch (with brick-built barbecue and al fresco dining area) which leads into the spacious living/dining room. The kitchen is American - style, fitted with a range of modern units incorporating a fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. There are two other bedrooms with twin singles and a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and built in wardrobes.
Outside to the rear of the property are shaded terraces with a brick built barbecue and a few steps leading down to the large, private and attractive pool terraces, surrounded by mature shrubs and connifers. The pool itself is larger than average measuring 10m x 5m and also benefits from roman steps leading into the shallow end. The gardens are tastefully landscaped, fully walled-in, carefully maintained and feature a shady gazebo and a spacious covered dining area.
