Villa Siempre Verde (Ever-green) is located in a quiet residential area yet close to the beach, shops and other facilities. The building is of the typical, Mediterranean style, built around 20 years ago and maintained in a perfect condition throughout.
One of the property's main features are the very large plot (almost 1/2 acre) and an almost completely secluded, lockable swimming pool area.The entrance from the street is via lockable gates and there is hard-standing for several vehicles.
The upper floor is on the same level as the swimming pool and the entrance is up a short flight of external steps and into a glazed-in naya which leads to the comfortable and spacious living/dining room with an American, well equipped kitchen (with gas hob, electric oven and fridge-freezer). This floor has a double-bedded room, another bedroom with twin singles and a full bathroom. There is an open-plan staircase to the the lower floor with the spacious master bedroom and en-suite shower room with wide casement doors to the lower garden area.
This floor also has another twin-bedded room and the utility room with washing machine and butler-sink. Both bedrooms on this floor are large enough to accommodate an extra bed or cot.
The swimming Pool is kidney shaped, measures metres by 4 metres and has stainless-steel steps in the shallow end, spacious surrounding terraces a pool-side shower, a large pergola set out with stone table and seating and a bouls court. The gardens are tastefully laid out with palm trees, flowering bushes and lots of bougainvilleas.

Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.
