Entry is via a secure driveway with space for four cars. Steps lead up to the main entrance and into the open plan lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to the central courtyard, leather sofas, beamed ceilings, air conditioning and a feature fireplace. There is an attractive dining set with banana leaf chairs and the television receives U.K. channels and has a DVD player.
A doorway from the lounge leads to a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite with walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin. The independent kitchen has a range of eye and base level units incorporating an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
A door from the kitchen leads to the central courtyard with dining facilities and to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. An archway from the courtyard leads to a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Adjacent to this bedroom is a shower room with walk-in shower, WC, wash hand basin and washing machine.
Internal stairs lead up to a doorway to a terrace with table tennis set and sea views. Upstairs is also another twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, small balcony with sea views and an en-suite with walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
There is an 8 metre by 4 meter kidney shaped pool with ladder steps and poolside shower, a brick built BBQ and steps to the gardens and back down to the front driveway. A well priced four bedroom villa in a convenient location.
