Access is via a sliding gate to a large driveway suitable for several vehicles. Entry to the pool level apartment is through double sliding patio doors into the small lounge with leather sofa and chairs, a TV with DVD player, a stereo music system and air conditioning.
The modern open-plan kitchen has a range of high quality eye and base level units, integrated dishwasher, full oven, hob, microwave, extractor and large American style fridge/freezer. An inner hallway leads to three bedrooms, one with double bed the other two bedrooms with twin single beds. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a modern en-suite with walk in shower, WC and wash basin. There is a second modern shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The upper level self-contained apartment is a virtual mirror image of the pool level one. It is accessed via 18 steps through a double glazed door into the small lounge with French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the pool and hills in the distance with a patio dining set. There is a comfortable leather sofa and chairs, TV with DVD player and air conditioning.
The renewed open plan high quality fully fitted kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, full oven, hob, extractor, microwave and large American style fridge/freezer. The inner hallway leads to two modern bathrooms both with walk in shower, WC and wash basin. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The washing machine is housed in an outside utility room.
The 8m x 4m private pool has Roman style steps and ladder steps. There is an extra large terrace for relaxing in the sun or shade and a pool-side shower and Weber gas BBQ. Villa Pajares is ideal for large group or two families holidaying together whilst retaining an element of privacy and independence. The internal accommodation is not large and is not suitable for dining inside.
