This detached villa is arranged all on one level and situated in a quiet residential street opposite a green zone and the local nine hole golf course. Electronically operated gates lead onto the large driveway with space for several cars. Entrance to the villa is via a vestibule leading to the main hallway.
There is large living room built in traditional Spanish style being partly round with a striking sweeping arch. The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and a mixture of modern and antique furniture. There is a 40 inch Sony plasma TV with full U.K. satellite channels and a DVD player. The separate dining room has a dining set with comfortable chairs and overlooks the patio and pool area. There is a modern independent fully fitted kitchen with ample eye and base level units, fridge/freezer, full oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
Both bathrooms were recently renovated. One has a large modern safety glass walk in shower, W.C. and vanity unit. The other has large bath with shower over, W.C. and vanity unit. There is one double bedroom with king size bed and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes, modern drawers and bedside tables and are air conditioned. The twin bedroom overlooks the courtyard, the double overlooks the pool. All windows have blinds and mosquito nets.
The private 8m x 4m pool has unusual jade colour tiles, Roman steps and large poolside shower. There is a separate utility/changing room by the pool housing the washing machine, a W.C. and a sink. There is a charming shaded courtyard next to the pool with lovely palm trees and an attractive 'summer' kitchen/bar incorporating tiled work surfaces and splash backs. The summer kitchen includes a fridge with ice box, a sink, drinks fridge, two ring electric hob, microwave, gas BBQ and dishwasher!!
The patio furniture is of very high quality, comfortable and ideal for relaxing in the sun and those important 'al fresco' meals! Villa Olivia is ideal for a couple, two couples or a small family wanting privacy and peace with the advantage of being able to walk to amenities and still only a short drive to the main town and golden sandy beaches of Moraira.
