Villa Mascara is approached via a narrow lane with private parking for 2 to 3 vehicles.
The front entrance leads into a spacious lounge featuring modern sofas, a large flat-screen TV with a selection of FTA channels & a basic SKY package and a convenient bar.
Adjoining is a spacious dining room with an American kitchen featuring a range of built-in units, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and an island housing an electric hob with an extractor fan over.
Leading off the dining room is a shady porch overlooking the pool with a dining set for al-fresco dining and a mobile gas BBQ.
There is a convenient cloakroom, with WC and basin, located off the living room and a utility room which houses the washing machine.
A short passage leads to the bedrooms.
The master suite comprises a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower stall.
There are three other king-size bedrooms, one of which comprises a “baby nook” with space for 2 folding beds and/or cots, and a family shower room.
All of the bedrooms benefit for air conditioning.
The swimming pool measures a huge 11 metres by 7 meters, is surrounded by spacious terraces with 8 comfortable sun-loungers and views to the sea.
The property has been recently (2016) renovated without regard to cost and due to its semi-rural setting, whilst being close to Moraira town and all facilities it is almost one of a kind. It provides the perfect location for a memorable holiday.
