Sliding driveway gates lead on to the driveway with space for 3 vehicles (additional parking outside on the street) leading in through porch area into a hallway withaccess to reading / quiet room with sofa and doorway leading into a upstairs full bathroom. The open plan lounge - diner has comfortable sofas and TV with DVD player and a choice of Freesat and Spanish channels. The lounge are leads onto the dining area with internal dining for six guests. This living area is air conditioned.
The dining area leads on to the open-plan American style kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer and microwave and a separate utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine. A door from the utility room leads out to a small enclosed courtyard with seating. The entire upstairs living area offers superb panoramic sea views that are some of the best in the region.
Stairs from the living area lead up to a roof top solarium which offer further impressive sea views, great views later in the day of the sunset and built in BBQ, and sink. There is dining table and chairs for six guests.
Back at lounge level - patio doors from the lounge lead out onto the enclosed upper terrace which has a shaded area with comfortable sofas and coffee table and a second outdoor dining area with extendable table.
Stairs from the lounge area lead down to the bedroom accommodation which includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a one bedroom with twin single beds and a second bedroom with double bed that share use of jack and jill bathroom with bath. A further double bedroom, and a second twin single, share use of a third bathroom with corner bath with shower over.
All of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes, pull down shutters, mosquito nets and portable fans. One of the double bedrooms has access directly to the pool. Two further bedrooms have doorways out to their own balcony area, the third bedroom with window. Due to the elevated south facing position of the property and the ability to leave these bedroom doors to the outside open these bedroooms remain cool even in Summer. At bedroom level there is a further small seating area that leads out through the main patio doors to the pool area.
The pool terraces offer further superb sea views and ample sunloungers are provided. The feature pool includes a beach style entry to the shallow end (great for paddling or wallowing in shallow water) and a pool fountain in the deep end. The villa is just a very short drive from the nearest restaurants including the popular 'La Tartana' pizzeria at the Montemar hotel and the nearest small beach at Baladrar is only 2km's away. The drive from the villa into Moraira is past numerous restaurants and bars and the centre of Moraira is less than ten minutes drive from the villa.
