A gated driveway provides parking for three cars.The ground floor consists of an airy entrance hall leading to the large open plan lounge/diner with picture windows offering lovely valley and hillside views.
There are comfortable sofas and modern glass top tables, a TV with full U.K. satellite channels and a DVD player. The American style fully fitted kitchen consists of a full oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
On this level are three bedrooms, two twin and one double each with it's own brand new en-suite shower room or bathroom.
The first floor, accessed via a feature staircase in the main hall, consists of a master bedroom with five foot bed a dressing room/lounge area and another large brand new en-suite shower room. From this master suite there is a small terrace with lovely views across the open countryside.
A separate utility room houses the washing machine.
The entire villa has recently been thoughtfully and tastefully furnished to a high standard. It is fully equipped with new appliances and fittings for the perfect holiday all year round.
Outside is an extra large 10m X 6m private swimming pool with Roman steps and a pool-side shower. There are several terraces, open and covered providing both sun and shade throughout the day.
There is a feature brick built BBQ and ample patio furniture for relaxing and al-fresco dining.The villa is fully air-conditioned.
