The property is situated on a large corner plot, accessed via a gated driveway with space for a good sized vehicle and graveled front gardens with palms and mature shrubs. The villa can be accessed through the side door from the driveway directly into the kitchen or to the rear of the property through the covered naya.
The lounge - diner incorporates modern furniture, ceiling fans, fireplace and LCD TV with a good selection of British cable channels that includes, BBC1, ITV, C4, C5 and some Sky Premium channels. WiFi internet is also provided.
The galley kitchen is off of the dining area, it includes a dishwasher, built in oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer with a small utility area housing the washing machine. Double doors from the lounge lead out onto the covered naya with dining table and chairs and a couple of steps down to the pool level. The property has two bedrooms, the master with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms offer air conditioning and built in wardrobes.
The extensive gardens include a large pool terrace with ample room for the provided sunbeds, a convenient pool side shower and a built in barbecue area. The private pool measures 8m x 4m and has steps at the shallow end. A few steps down from the pool area leads onto gravelled gardens with shrubs and a large Olive tree.
In summary, a well presented villa with a nice feel and good, safe gardens, benefiting from being within reasonable walking distance of a choice of amenities and only 20 minutes easy walk into Moraira and the beach. Due to the width of the balustrades and the drop the villa is not suitable for children under five years old.
