Cul-de-sac with circular turn-around point leading onto the villa's driveway with space for one vehicle and several more on the roadside. A few steps lead down onto the main terraces surrounding the pool with mature shrubs, broad open valley views and storage cupboard for garden furniture.
Table tennis table to the side of the villa and pathways leading round to the back of the property. A couple of steps lead up to a covered terrace with outdoor dining table and space for six people to eat.
Double folding back wooden doors lead into the lounge / kitchen / diner. An open-plan room with the lounge area at the far end with fireplace, music system and television with Sky HD satellite channels. More channels may be available with the guest's own Sky viewing card.
Dining table for six people leading onto modern kitchen with built in oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Archway from the main living area leads to the bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two a double bed and an additional single bed, bedroom three twin single beds. All bedrooms include built in wardrobes. All bedrooms also benefit from air conditioning as does the lounge.
The three bedrooms share two newly fitted bathrooms one with shower cubicle, the other with bath (shower over) and bidet. Overall a great villa for families at a fantastic price.
