Entry into the house is via a gated private driveway. The front door leads into a hallway and straight into the open plan living space.
There is a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD, stereo system and wonderful views and a separate dining area also enjoying superb views.
The kitchen is off of the lounge space and is equipped with microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine and full oven. Patio doors lead out onto a covered terrace (naya), with a table and chairs for six to dine al fresco. From here there are even better sea and valley views.
Off of the lounge is the master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom (with bath and separate shower), king size bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
At the other end of the lounge, a small hallway leads to the two further double bedrooms. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, pull down shutters and built in wardrobes.
There is also a separate family shower room shared by these two double bedrooms.
The pool is reached via stairs from the naya / porch and is larger than average and very private. There are terraces for sunbathing with sunbeds and a wonderful barbecue area with tables and chairs and a fitted barbecue.
The house is secured with barred windows and exterior lighting. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the views are wonderful. A modern, stylish house, beautifully furnished with a fantastic outdoor space, great privacy and wonderful views.
Just a short drive from Moraira and a little further from Javea.
