Entry through front door leads into the main floor accommodation which includes a spacious open-plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area, separate utility room and lobby leading to two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. 
The lounge is tastefully appointed with contemporary, very high quality furnishings and has a flat screen TV with DVD player and UK 'Freesat' channels. There is a contemporary wood burner and sliding glazed doors provide beautiful un-interrupted sea views over Moraira and the port below and lead to both the front and side terraces and the swimming pool. 
The kitchen has every modern facility including two integrated fridge/freezers, Neff oven, steam oven, gas 5 burner hob and dishwasher. There is adequate preparation space with Corian work surfaces and plenty of pull-out storage. Full water softening system installed. 
The utility room has a microwave oven, samsung washing machine, laundry equipment, WC and basin, and a door to outside. 
The Bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes, and sliding doors to the garden. Stairs lead to the second 'snug' lounge / office space and lower floor. The second lounge is of a good size, situated between the upper and lower floors. It has a flat screen TV, DVD player and comfortable sofa, providing a second small sitting room suitable for youngsters to enjoy some independence or work to be done in peace. 
The lower floor offers a double bedroom and a twin singles bedroom both with large fitted wardrobes. The double has an en-suite bath/shower room and the twin singles an en-suite shower room. 
There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, two ring induction hotplate, kettle, sink, etc. making the lower area independent where necessary from the upper floor accommodation. 
Free WiFi internet connection is available. All bedrooms and the lounge/dining areas have air conditioning and in addition all bedrooms have remote control ceiling fans. 
Outside there is an attractive 3m x 8m swimming pool situated down a few steps from the main terrace. There are steps into it and a seat spanning the width of one end. The depth is approx. 1m at the shallow end and 2m at the deep end. There is a Badujet counter-current jet to swim against for those who enjoy a long swim without turns. 
There is a solar heated shower near to the pool. There are comfortable sun loungers and, on the upper terrace there is an outdoor suite of sofa and chairs, and a granite topped dining table and cane chairs with cushions. The dining table is covered by a pergola with a sliding sun canopy. 
There are other attractive pergolas providing some shade and there is a fish pond. There is a slightly raised planted area with large diameter globe lights which have attractive multi-coloured lighting displays. 
The interesting garden has many different plants and shrubs. A Weber 3 burner gas barbecue is available for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. A car port by the front door provides shade for one car and there is plenty of additional semi-shaded parking space. Entrance to the property is via a remote control sliding security gate and side pedestrian gate.
