Double gates leads to a driveway with parking for several cars. The entrance door leads into the large lounge/diner with comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace, air conditioning, TV with some U.K. satellite channels, DVD player and wifi broadband internet.
There are double patio doors with lovely views of the pool and countryside. The modern open plan kitchen has a range of eye and base level units, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, small counter top dishwasher and microwave. An inner hallway leads to the three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. There is an en-suite with a walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. The master bedroom also has double patio doors with views across the pool and the countryside in the distance.
There are two further bedrooms, both twins with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, W.C. and wash hand basin.
Outside there is an 8 meter by 4 meter private pool with Roman style steps and a pool-side shower. There is ample terrace space with lovely views, well tendered gardens, an attractive pergola with feature stone dining set and a brick built BBQ with attractive Spanish tiled seating. The owners have provided ample al-fresco dining furniture and sun-loungers.
The washing machine and a second fridge/freezer are located in a separate utility room by the pool. Casa Thomas is ideal for clients wishing to be in a peaceful location but within easy driving distance to all amenities.

Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.
