Casa Rojo

This beautiful villa on the Costa Blanca offers sea views and is only 10 minutes walk from an idyllic little beach and 10 minutes drive from Moraira town. The villa is hidden away, with its own drive and parking for three cars. It offers the tranquillity of lazing by the private pool and using the large BBQ area. The villa has five double bedrooms, which comfortably sleep ten people, spread over two floors. There is a large area by the pool for sun bathing and a cool balcony on the side of the house overlooking an orange grove, with sea views.
The house is constructed on two floors, the upper floor offering entry from street level and the lower floor opening through French doors to the garden area. The pool can be accessed from either floor via stone steps.
There is parking available directly outside the main door and in front of the garage there is parking for two more cars.
You enter the property at street level and to your left is the kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and cooker with electric hob and oven. To your right is a family bathroom with bath, stand-alone shower cubical, toilet and hand basin. This bathroom is fully tiled in white. There are two bedrooms on this floor: one double and one twin. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The main bedroom has a small TV and DVD player. This floor also has a lounge/dining room with rustic fireplace and wall-mounted flat-screen TV with free-to-air UK channels. There is a covered balcony on this floor of the property – you walk through the front door, through the dining area and out on to the balcony with additional seating to eat breakfast al fresco.
The internal staircase leads to the lower floor, where you will find three further bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. All bedrooms have air conditioning. On this level there is a single, shared, large family bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. The bathroom is entirely tiled with white sanitary wear.
The main lounge is situated on this level, with leather sofas and wall-mounted, flat-screen TV with free-to-air UK channels.
From the lounge, through French doors, you access the outside terrace and garden. Several stairs lead up to the large pool terrace. The pool is kidney shaped with a standard type chrome entry ladder. A charcoal barbecue is available in this area, with sink and fridge also provided.
There are 6 sun loungers, a white table with six chairs, a sofa and table on the balcony which seats six and wicker chairs on the balcony which seat three. There are views of the sea from the pool area and the balcony on the back of the villa.
There is a secluded garden area with trees. At the bottom of the garden is a gate to an orange grove (not part of the property).
The garage houses the washing machine and room to store suitcases etc.
The local beach (Xiringuito L’erico Benissa) offers a lovely beach bar for an authentic Spanish experience. It has a sandy beach in a cove surrounded by rocks for crabbing or fishing. Just a fifteen-minute walk along the coast you will come to Cala Baladrar, a pebble beach (for those who do not like sand) with another lovely beach bar.
Through the summer the extensive air conditioning makes the villa cool and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen.
