Driveway with lockable wrought iron gates leads onto a paved driveway with room for 3 cars. The gardens are surrounded by attractive gravelled flower beds with established shrubbery and attractive flowering plants. A pathway leads round to a covered terrace with double doors that open into the lounge.
The lounge has brand new sofas, an oak dining table to seat 8 and satellite TV with a good selection of channels. The recently fitted kitchen is open plan onto the lounge. From the dining area a long hallway leads to the bedrooms. There are two good sized twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a good sized double bedroom with built in wardrobes. The three bedrooms share two bathrooms (one with shower cubicle, the other with shower). Two of these bedrooms have fantastic views across the gardens to the fairways of the golf course.
The fourth bedroom is the master and offers a dressing area, door to the outside terraces and plush en suite facilities that include a heated towel rail and shower cubicle. All of the bedrooms include central heating and window shutters and are beautifully decorated.
Outside the long terrace has lovely dining table for 8 with umbrella, a superb outdoor kitchen that is ideal for barbecues with its own sink, large BBQ grill and worktops. Also here is a covered pagoda with a wonderful sofa seating area with a roof for shade. 4 steps lead down to the private 10m x 5m pool which is surrounded by further terraces, plenty of sunbeds and more chairs to relax.
The pool has roman steps and wonderful views of the golf course and valley. This house has been completely refurnished in 2010 to a superb standard. In addition all exterior terraces have been replaced with non slip tiles for additional child safety.
This is one of our most highly recommended villas for a family holiday in Moraira.
