Accommodation consists of a newly furnished large lounge with cream leather sofas, flat screen TV with some English satellite channels and a DVD player, patio doors lead from the lounge to a sun terrace with far reaching country and mountain views. Two steps lead up to the separate split level dining room with elegant dining furniture for six people.
There is a brand new fully fitted high quality kitchen with granite worktops, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. One twin bedroom includes a modern en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin and the two further bedrooms (one twin and one large double) share a brand new shower room with high quality fittings, large walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
All three bedrooms have air conditioning (extra cost applies via pay as you go Euros slot meter) and fitted wardrobes.
Outside there is private off road parking for two cars and a lovely 8 metre x 4 metre private pool with roman steps and pool-side shower. There are delightful established gardens with mature shrubs, lawned areas and elegant palm trees. Casa Canya has several terraces for relaxing in the sun and shade and a newly built 'Summer ' kitchen with tiled surfaces and splash backs, sink, fridge/freezer, Spanish style ornate wine rack and a state of the art gas BBQ.
There is a private decked area for enjoying Al Fresco meals. Ample high quality patio furniture is provided for eating outdoors and sun loungers for soaking up the Mediterranean sun! The washing machine is situated in a separate utility room and there is a secluded drying area.
The owners have taken great care to ensure that the furnishings and fittings are of a high quality, the villa is very well presented throughout. Everything is provided to make this a true 'holiday home from home' in the sun! Excellent value rental rates!!
