Driveway with parking for four cars leading through a lockable metal gate onto an outdoor dining terrace and then on to the pool and surrounding terraces. Steps lead up onto a shaded terrace with dining table and a retractable awning for added shade when required and pleasant outlook over the pool.
Doors from the terrace lead into the lounge which has seating for seven guests, television, DVD player and satellite television with UK freesat channels. The lounge leads onto the kitchen / diner with dining table and kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and sink. (** Please note the property can also be accessed via the back door from the gardens into the kitchen). The first double bedroom is air conditioned with built in wardrobes and window shutters. The second double bedroom has air conditioning, french doors onto the gardens, built-in double wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite bathroom that includes glass enclosed shower. The third bedroom has twin single beds with french doors onto the terraces overlooking the pool, air conditioning and built in wardrobes. The fourth bedroom has twin single beds, air conditioning and built in wardrobes.
There are two further bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with bath and shower over. Outside there are stairs leading to the roof terrace and a spacious terrace surrounding the pool which includes a pool side pergola, plenty of sunbeds, a brick built barbecue and ornamental plants and shrubs. The pool measures 8m x 4m and features roman steps to the shallow end.
Please Note: Please read the above description carefully with regard to the layout of bedrooms and beds provided as in some cases it is necessary to hire an additional folding bed, linen and towels to achieve the full capacity stated. Our folding beds are normally suitable for a child up to 16 years of age.
