The church of S.Maria a Mare dominates the town and a collection of artist cared for in the sacristy museum and the crypt below it. The unusual stone complex of S.Maria Olearia, a benediction abbey built around the year 1000 is worth a visit. The complex offers an environment characterised by its fine taste, and all rooms, featuring all comforts, enjoy a sea view. Reception, bar, restaurant and a private beach are available during the summer months (with charge from 01.06 to 30.09).
