Built on the Cape's first churchyard approximately 200 years ago, the hotel is one of the most centrally located in the wine capital of Stellenbosch. Housed in an original Georgian inn, the hotel offers 56 luxurious en suite accommodations, each with their own unique ‘modern-meets-vintage' styling. The Oude Werf Restaurant, with its vine covered veranda offers traditional Cape dishes, local flavours and top vintages from some of the 200 wine estates of this renowned region, most of which can be visited with a hop aboard Vine Hopper shuttle. The hotel is a stroll from the many heritage sights, museums, art galleries and cafés that abounds in the area, less than an hour from the False Bay coastline and the spectacular Cape Peninsula.
