Casa Amber is located in a quiet residential street in the sought after El Portet area of Moraira. There is a driveway for two cars and twenty eight steps lead up to the front entrance via a partially covered naya (conservatory) with great sea views and a wooden table, chairs and sofas.
Access to the villa via French doors leading to the lounge with comfortable sofas, feature fireplace, air conditioning and a TV with some English satellite channels and a DVD player. From the living room an arch leads to the independent dining room with patio doors leading to the terrace and a separate, fully fitted shaker style kitchen with granite work surfaces, fridge/freezer, full oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
A door from the kitchen leads to the rear of the villa. An inner hallway leads to two bedrooms, both with twin beds, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and sharing a full modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom is accessed via a stairs from the dining room. It incorporates a double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom including bath with shower over, W.C. and sink. The master bedroom has lovely sea views.
Outside there is a terraced garden with sea views and space for dining al fresco and lounging in the sun. The private kidney shaped pool is larger than average measuring approximately 8 meters x 6 meters. The pool and terrace are south facing, attracting the sun all day. There is a built in BBQ. The villa has recently been restored in a style of both traditional and modern furniture and fittings making it an ideal holiday home in a perfect location.
