Entry is via sixteen steps leading up to the front door. The modern open plan kitchen has granite worktops and a range of high quality eye and base level units. There is an eye level integrated oven and microwave and an integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The spacious open plan lounge/diner is furnished in modern style with glass top dining set and coffee table, comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with SKY channels and a DVD player. It has stone feature fire place and double patio doors leading to a covered terrace and onto the pool area.
The master suite with double bed leads off of the lounge and includes air conditioning, a flat screen TV with SKY channels, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite with large walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. There are patio doors leading to the pool terrace. An inner hallway leads to the two other bedrooms. One is a twin with fitted wardrobes and fan, the other is a double with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the pool and terrace. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath with shower over, bidet, W.C. and wash hand basin.
Outside there is a covered terrace with modern dining set and an open terrace with 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool with Roman style steps and a pool-side shower. From the terrace there are fantastic sea views. To the rear of the villa is a large independent terrace with an attractive stone dining set, feature built-in gas BBQ and more stunning sea views.
The villa is approximately one kilometer to the Moraig (rocky) beach with a summer chiringuito (mobile cafe/bar) and approximately five kilometers to the towns and golden sandy beaches of Moraira and Javea. A local supermarket and restaurant are located approximately one kilometer away. Car essential.
