An attractive villa situated just a short drive from Moraira beach and a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The gardens offer very good privacy yet at the same time a panoramic sea view and views of surrounding countryside and mountains.
The house is situated at the end of a private cul-de-sac and the gated driveway offers parking for several vehicles. The entrance hall leads to a high quality newly fitted kitchen /diner and then doors to either side lead to the two separate lounge's, both of which are a good size and benefit from air conditioning, LCD televisions with UK satellite channels and wifi internet access.
The second lounge also offers a second smaller kitchen and interior dining table. The bedrooms provide built in wardrobes and the two modern bathrooms offer walk in showers and good quality facilities. Both lounge's provide double doors straight onto a very large covered terrace (which runs along the entire rear side of the villa) which overlooks the garden and the pool area.
Excellent for outdoor dining, relaxing and barbecues. Through the arch from the covered terrace is the pool which offers roman steps and measures 8m x 4m. Surrounding the pool and terraces are attractive established gardens as well as a covered outdoor poolside shower and further seating areas.
Villa Annabella is ideally suited for two families or a family with teenagers as it's layout allows it to be used as two separate accommodations if required.
