## Overview Excellent quality 4 star apartment-hotel in a great location right in the heart of Paris, perfect for leisure as well as business traveller. ## Location The residence is located in the neighborhood of the Opera Garnier, in the same area as the Parisian department stores, such as Galeries Lafaytte and Printemps, the Madeleine church; it is a leisurely stroll from the Grands Boulevards which abound with cinemas, theatres, restaurants and bars. This property is ideally connected to the exceptionally dense Parisian public transportation network. ## Rooms This apartment-hotel opened its doors in 2007 and rooms are therefore in exceptional condition as well as air-conditioned. The one bedroom apartment lay-out and design is contemporary and items have been harmoniously assembled. Travellers will appreciate the simple design, cream and natural dark wood colour schemes and several standard amenities, including flat screen TV sets with integrated DVD players.
