The hotel is located on a promenade in the centre of Sunny Beach, only 5 m from the wonderful wide sandy beach and the sea. Numerous shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants surround the hotel. The nearest public transport stop lies around 250 m from the hotel. This fully air-conditioned beach hotel was renovated in 2010 and comprises 2 floors with a total of 17 rooms. There is a lobby with a hotel safe, and a 24-hour reception. On the first floor the guests can find a lot of shops, internet corner, exchange desk, etc. All the hotel rooms are on the second floor. The rooms come with a bathroom with a bath or a shower and a hairdryer, a TV, a double bed, a balcony or terrace as well as a minifridge. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated. Guests may serve themselves from a continental breakfast each morning.
